The works of God in creation and providence display the glory of God. General revelation is available to all. It is the subject of natural theology. And yet it is common to find natural theology dismissed as bare and minimal. Or as only giving us a vague shadow or the “god of the philosophers”. It is replaced with an otherworldly beatific vision that sets aside the works of God.

Instead, general revelation clearly reveals to us the eternal power and divine nature of God so that unbelief is without excuse. It is the foundation for all redemptive claims that teach unbelief is a sin. It is the basis for the knowledge of God which is eternal life. Redemption in Christ does not set this aside but restores us to the life of the Logos.

Our conference will bring together scholars who affirm the clarity of general revelation from the colleges, universities, and seminaries of the greater Phoenix area.
